The journey to healing one’s own heart can arrive in many ways. I heal through writing poetry and blog posts on my self-development website, Lovewideopen.com. I also have the
Heal Your Story Podcast and the Heal Your Story Blog. My book, Roots and Tendrils, is an intimate look into my heart and all that it has endured and all that it has learned on the journey to self-love and self-healing.
I have a gift for connecting people back to their hearts through my healing work at Blue Owl Bodyworks (my private practice in Maine), through individualized coaching sessions and through my writing and inspirational posts at Love Wide Open (Podcast, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).
It has been my mission to treat every living thing with love and compassion. I feel that I am now spreading that gift of love out into the world by simply speaking and living my truth through vulnerability and by leading with an open heart.

The first week, you will learn more about your nervous system and how to regulate it (how to get your nervous system to rest so that you can heal) while diving deeper into Pillar 1.
Feeling safe is necessary in order to deal with those emotions that we fear having or avoid wanting to feel. This is a mind-body integration week continuing on with Pillar 1 work.
You will start to dive deeper in to Pillar 2 to get more clear on recognizing your emotional triggers and how to slow your emotional reactions.
This is a continuation of Pillar 2 work where you will integrate all previous weeks and recognize more joyful things in life and truly how to develop self-love and self-compassion.
This week we will dive head first into those relationships that aren’t healthy for us and get to work on Pillar 3, empowering ourselves to take action.
This week, we integrate all the previous weeks to set you up for continued growth and nervous system capacity and expansion to be able to take on those tough emotions no matter what arises.
This 6-week live course will guide you on how to create more calm in life when dealing with grief and loss through the use of nervous system regulation techniques and heart-based healing.
Each week will cover a different theme around healing grief and loss.
Discover how to self-regulate and self-heal your emotional states of grief and loss. The Live Sessions will start with questions from the pre-recorded base homework sessions, then move into live teaching on grief and loss, followed by another Q&A.
You will use this base course as homework. It is necessary to lay a solid foundation in nervous system regulation techniques around the 7 large grouping of emotions that tend to derail us.

A). Yes, you will have instant access to the pre-recorded base course upon purchase. The live trainings will be uploaded as soon as possible to the course platform after the end of each call.
A). Replays of the live sessions will become available in the student portal for rewatch or for those who can’t make the live sessions as soon as possible after the live sessions end. This can take a few hours to render.

The live sessions will be on Monday’s at 12pm, EST starting on November 10th and running through December 18th.
There is one exception. On December 1st, the live session will be at 1PM, EST.
